Her journey to success began when she became an active participant in a youth facilitator camp, and her life took a remarkable turn from that point forward. During the summertime, she secured a position as an activity’s facilitator, where she was responsible for organizing various additional activities. This opportunity gave her a chance to put her training to practical use and make a real impact on the lives of young people. Over the period of three months, she honed her skills in various aspects of project management, including coordination, financial management, procurement, monitoring, and evaluation. She learned to navigate the complexities of organizing events and managing budgets effectively, all while fostering personal growth and leadership. Furthermore, Dima’s role included detailed work in data entry using “CommCare”. This experience expanded her technical skills and increased her ability to handle data management and analysis. Dima’s success didn’t stop there. Her newly acquired skills, knowledge, and enthusiasm caught the attention of a wider network. She was introduced to a project with “IREX,” where she joined as a researcher for a period of three months. Her focus was on studying the issue of women disengagement from their programs.
