Nablus – Jabal An-Nar Club announced the availability of the training guide “Is It Safe to Say a Word?”, which was developed as part of the international Erasmus+ project hosted in Palermo, Italy, with the participation of young people and youth workers from several countries.
The guide aims to raise awareness on issues of freedom of expression, media literacy, and digital citizenship, in addition to developing skills for dealing with misinformation and hate speech in the digital space. It also includes a set of practical tools and activities that youth workers can benefit from in designing and implementing youth programs and initiatives.
Representing Jabal An-Nar Club in the project were Sama Mansour and Zeina Al-Sayeh, who contributed to the exchange of experiences with participants from different countries and shared experiences and practices related to youth empowerment and enhancing their participation in social and digital issues.
This participation comes as part of Jabal An-Nar Club’s commitment to supporting the engagement of Palestinian youth in international initiatives and expanding opportunities for learning, cultural exchange, and knowledge sharing, in a way that contributes to developing their capacities and strengthening their presence in various regional and international forums.
The club invited those interested in youth issues, media, and civic education to explore the guide and benefit from its content, given the training resources and practical tools it provides to support building a more aware and responsible digital environment.
